Nashville, TN (July 25, 2023) – peermusic, the world’s largest global independent music publishing and neighbouring rights company with 38 offices in 31 countries, has signed GRAMMY award-winning, multi-Platinum, songwriter/producer/engineer, Nick Brophy, to an exclusive worldwide publishing administration agreement, as announced today by Kathy Spanberger, President & Chief Operating Officer, peermusic and Michael Knox, President, peermusic Nashville.

The artists that Nick Brophy has collaborated with and written for include Jason Aldean, the Rolling Stones, Avril Lavigne, Hootie & the Blowfish, Kenny Chesney, Carly Simon, Taylor Swift, Garbage and Everclear. His songwriting credits include recordings by Hootie & the Blowfish, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney and Rascal Flatts.His engineering credits include Everclear's Platinum certified album Sparkle and Fade, Avril Lavigne's 6x Platinum album Let Go and the Rolling Stones 4x Platinum album 40 Licks. His mixing credits include three consecutive #1 singles by Kip Moore (2x Platinum “Somethin' 'Bout a Truck”; Gold certified “Beer Money” and Platinum certified “Hey Pretty Girl”, respectively), as well as Jimmy Fallon’s GRAMMY-winning comedy album Blow Your Pants Off which features Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen and Justin Timberlake. To date, his work has contributed to the sale of over 21 million albums and singles sold worldwide as well as 12 GRAMMY Award nominations.

The Nashville-based, powerhouse team formed LÒNIS as a creative outlet for the eclectic, alt/indie tunes they’ve been writing and producing for themselves and other artists. Their work has been featured in shows like Grey’s Anatomy, The Bold Type, Station 19, Younger, The L Word Gen Q, Selling Sunset and The One That Got Away to name a few, as well as in national ad campaigns and promo spots for XBOX, Target, Ford, Coors Light, Walgreens, Citgo and other major brands.
