Aymée Nuviola

Aymée Nuviola is a Grammy® and Latin Grammy®-winning Cuban songwriter, singer, and musician whose music bridges traditional Cuban genres with modern influences. A classically trained pianist and composer from Havana, she’s recognized for her original songwriting that fuses Cuban Son, Bolero, Jazz, and Fílin.

As a songwriter, Aymée has earned multiple Grammy® and Latin Grammy® nominations and awards, including Best Traditional Tropical Album for Live in Marciac (2022) and Best Tropical Fusion Album for Como Anillo al Dedo (2018). Her original songs have reached the top of the Billboard Tropical chart, including the #1 hit “Bailando todo se olvida,” and five consecutive singles in the Top 10.

Known as “La Sonera del Mundo,” Aymée is also a pioneer of the Timba genre and continues to write and perform music that honors her Cuban roots while resonating with global audiences.
