Florentino

Florentino Primera is a Venezuelan musician, songwriter, and producer, internationally recognized as one half of the duo Servando y Florentino, alongside his brother Servando Primera. With more than three decades of career, he has established himself both as a successful performer and as a distinguished songwriter and producer for leading international artists.

As part of Servando y Florentino, he rose to international prominence after his early beginnings with the group Salserín, becoming a key reference in salsa and Latin pop. Their discography includes multiple albums and sold-out international tours across the Americas and Europe, along with recognition from the Latin GRAMMY®, Premio Lo Nuestro®, and Billboard Awards. In 2025, after fifteen years without a full studio album, the duo released Se Buscan Vivos o Inmortales: Lado A, reaffirming their artistic relevance and evolution.

As a songwriter, Florentino has written and produced works recorded by renowned artists such as Marc Anthony, Gente de Zona, Guaynaa, Chayanne, Nacho, Carlos Vives, and Mike Bahía. Among his most notable credits is the song “El Que Te Amaba” —co-written with Reggi El Auténtico— included on Marc Anthony’s álbum Pa’lla Voy (2022) and the EP Mi Voz Tu Letra.

With a versatile and solid catalog, Florentino Primera stands out as one of the most relevant creative voices in contemporary Latin music.
