Jon Secada's highly anticipated album release pays homage to the late great Beny Moré with TO BENY MORÉ WITH LOVE on March 3rd

Miami - March 3, 2017 TO BENY MORÉ WITH LOVE  is the greatly anticipated album release by Jon Secada paying tribute to Beny Moré, the late great Cuban singer and peermusic composer whose popular love ballads or boleros graced the 40's and 50's with iconic performances such as Como Fue and Ahora Soy Tan Feliz . Moré was a master all the genres of Cuban music, including son montuno, mambo, guaracha, guajira, cha cha cha, Afro-Cuban, canción, guaguancó, and bolero.

Secada's TO BENY MORÉ WITH LOVE  features an 11 track listing    produced by the multi Latin GRAMMY® nominee Julio Bagué, and featuring the renowned Charlie Sepúlveda Big Band.  The project was arranged by Ray Santos who had actually worked with Moré decades earlier, and released by BMG. Secada brings a balanced & dynamic modern take on More's classics that has generated tremendous industry accolades. The live band recording took place at the Alpha recording studios in Puerto Rico. 

Highlighted tracks include the meticulous production of piecing the old vocal recording with the new in the collaborative duet between Beny Moré and Jon Secada in Ernesto Duarte Brito’s composition Como Fue. Additional tracks include the popular Bonito y Sabroso, Que Bueno Baila Usted & Culebra.

Promotional efforts for the release have included an explosive visual concert PBS piece recorded at Chicago's SoundStage (view clicking the image below) and following the premiere of To Beny Moré With Love, Secada will also embark on a tour in the United States joined by The Charlie Sepúlveda Big Band.
