peermusic team recently attended the annual SXSW festival with a series of songwriter showcases and conference panels. Miraa May, Lupita Infante, Manu Manzo, Jona Camacho, Brandt Brauer Frick, and Skye Wallace (Six Shooter Records) were among the performing artists with panel discussions from Mary Megan Peer (How Global Collecting Societies Change Publishing), Nigel Elderton (Building Global Recognition of Writers – Why The Ivors Matter), Doug Darnell (Case Study in Sync: Advertising), and Erik Veerman (The Neighbors Have Money For You: Neighboring Rights Now), plus the North American premiere of Rebelión featuring music produced by Julio Bagué.
